乔欣 , 男高音歌唱家，作曲家，美国加利福尼亚艺术学院音乐硕士，65岁弃商从艺，毕业于迪士尼创办的艺术学院 CalArts。包揽作词作曲编剧导演大型英文音乐剧 《Tenor By Night 男高音之梦》，在洛杉矶地区成功公演10场。目前全力进军好莱坞电影，致力把华人励志故事搬上主流影视。他的座右铭是“追梦不止”。
James Chiao, a tenor vocalist and composer, holds a Master Degree in Music from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) founded by Disney. At the age of 65, he left the business world, enrolled in and graduated from CalArts, wrote the lyrics and script, composed the music, and directed the large-scale English-language musical production of Tenor By Night. He is now fully focused on breaking into Hollywood, bringing his musical into mainstream film productions. His motto is: “It’s never too late!”
李莉, 成功企业家，新秀女高音。荣获两个硕士学位，在美国五百强公司从事电脑工程管理20年后，加盟先生乔欣创办的公司，担任CEO，带领公司革新成为美国人体模特制造业的三强之一，供货给梅西百货公司和维密等连锁店。近年来，师从先生乔欣和大哥乔平学习声乐，2023年夏赴意大利学习美声唱法，2024年春在纽约茱莉亚音乐学院夜校进一步深造。她的座右铭是 “学无止境”。
Lily Chiao, a successful entrepreneur and an emerging soprano, worked 20 years in IT project management for a Fortune 500 company. She later transformed the family business into one of the top three mannequin manufacturers in the US, supplying to Victoria’s Secret, and many more. In recent years, inspired by the family musical legacy, she traveled to Italy to learn bel canto singing and studied at the Juilliard School’s evening division in New York. Her motto is “Never stop learning.
这四位老师（乔平、乔欣、苏家芳 李莉、是一个著名的音乐艺术与文化教育家庭/伉俪。他们在美国南加州等华人圈活跃，致力于音乐剧创作、声乐教学以及文化交流。1. 乔平 老师身份： 知名男高音歌唱家、声乐教育家。经历： 经常在南加州等地的音乐节、歌唱比赛中担任评委和嘉宾，在指导声乐表演方面享有很高的专业声誉。2. 乔欣 老师（James Chiao）身份： 美国音乐硕士、美籍华人作曲家、导演。早年经历： 曾就读于广东外语外贸大学（原广州外国语学院），后赴美留学创业。艺术成就： 曾于2018年在洛杉矶创作并执导了百老汇音乐剧《Tenor By Night（男高音之梦）》，包揽了全场英文剧本、音乐与导演工作，创下了华人历史纪录。3. 李莉 老师身份： 音乐剧编剧、教育工作者。经历： 乔欣老师的校友及夫人。在音乐剧《Tenor By Night》中，她与乔欣共同创作了全场英文歌词，并在当地社区文化及合唱教育中十分活跃。

目前洛杉矶著名的县立艺术博物馆（LACMA）正举办大型华人珍藏旗袍展览，现场用的28台人体模特，就是由乔李CNL公司(乔欣和李莉创办, 儿子接班)用现代科技3D打印制造的，是我们公司和著名华裔设计师吴季刚（Jason Wu）成功合作的成果。
回顾乔李公司30多年前创办小小生意，到今天进入美国主流社会，正所谓“三十六行，行行出状元”。天下不负有心人。

乔平 ， 著名男高音歌唱家，哥哥（乔欣老师）. 毕业于上海音乐学院，中国音乐家协会会员，历任广州交响乐团副团长和合唱团团长。曾在第6届全运会开幕式领唱“祖国颂”。长期在洛杉矶从事声乐教学，获蒙特利市市长, 颁发的名誉市民证书。他的座右铭是“宝刀未老”
Ping Chiao, a renowned tenor vocalist, graduated from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He has served as Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra and Director of its Choir. He was the lead singer of Ode to the Motherland at the opening ceremony of the 6th National Games of China. For many years, he has been engaged in vocal teaching in Los Angeles and was awarded an honorary citizenship certificate by the Mayor of Monterey Park.
His motto is: “The treasured sword is still sharp.”.
苏家芳, 中国著名画家. 嫂嫂（乔欣老师）. 出身美术世家，毕业于广州美术学院，前《广州美术研究》丛书编辑，广州歌舞团舞台总设计，中国高级美术师，出版有《苏家芳画集》及《苏家五人画集》。曾应法国政府邀请，在法国巴黎美术院展出作品20件。获亚太地区中国水墨画大赛九三悉尼金奖。自幼喜爱唱歌，曾获中国广州市文化系统音乐比赛冠军。她的座右铭是“多才多艺”。
Jia Fang Su，a famous Chinese painter, graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, chief stage designer of Guangzhou Song and Dance Troupe, published “Su Jia Fang Painting Collection” and “Su Family Five Painting Collection”. Her works were exhibited at the Paris Academy of Fine Arts in France. She has loved music and singing，won the championship of the Guangzhou Cultural System Singing Competition in China. Her motto is“Embrace every talent！
