​Lawrence Chan is an experienced EB-5 marketing executive with over a decade of leadership in U.S. immigrant investor programs, specializing in the China market. He currently serves as Vice President of Marketing for EB-5 Projects at Lam NYC EB-5 Regional Center, where he promotes New York–based hotel development projects and leads cross-border capital-raising initiatives.

​Previously, he held senior marketing roles at New York Immigration Fund and Mona Shah & Associates, advancing high-profile EB-5 projects and supporting Chinese investors in U.S. immigration processes.

​Earlier in his career, he founded and led DigiOrbit as Chairman and CEO, and held management roles in business operations and administration. His multidisciplinary background integrates finance, technology, and international investor relations.

​Pheonix Shi is an international trade and media professional. She focuses on technology, art, and international trade. Based between Beijing and Toronto, she works extensively across Canada, the United States, and China, facilitating import–export cooperation through international exhibitions, trade shows, and retail distribution channels.

​In addition to her work in trade, Pheonix Shi has experience in bilingual Chinese–English media. She previously served as Vice President of a mainstream English-language magazine and as Business Director for a Chinese media organization, where she organized and hosted numerous international events related to business, culture, and cooperation linked to United Nations development initiatives. With a background in international education and accounting, she actively participates in global industry forums and major international events such as Consumer Electronics Show and National Retail Federation Big Show, promoting cross-border collaboration and dialogue.
