方书久是华人世界文化艺术之泰斗！他曾任美國九龙艺术研究院院長，美國東西艺术总監兼國際侨派艺术联合会执行主席。纽约书画琴棋会副会长兼任书画院长和艺术总监，＂世界文化藝术人才基金会＂授于2026杰出人才奖！5月8日，出席方书久教授艺术世界巡回展纽约首站启航仪式上。可謂华人艺术界老中青三代艺术画家人才荟萃，精英展翅，各类文化专才，艺术达人近70多人大家欢聚一堂，深入淺出广泛交流。以方书久等老一辈艺术家精湛艺术，出類拔萃之才华所感染、所启迪，所鼓舞，让华人＂唐代华夏文化艺术瑰宝与东方文学艺术深度融合发展，在世界艺术殿堂永遠閃耀中华艺术之灿烂辉煌！
方书久在书画巡迴展之生动演讲中，以艺术高度智慧与文化底蘊、艺术天赋而感人至深！最让人动容的是他太太，是一位多年行动不便轮椅＂殘障＂之偉人愛心女性，她以优秀女人崇高追求和巨大魅力支持、鼓勵方书久先生向著世界艺术頂峰攀登。方教授夫婦兩人情深似海，恩愛如山的經历得到全场宾客的高度赞赏和好评！

Inheritance and Transcendence: The World Tour Exhibition of Renowned Professor Yi Fang Shujiu’s Art Sets Sail in New York with a Complete Success

On May 8th, Flushing City Hall in New York was brightly lit, its walls gleaming. A showcase of the finest works by renowned world-class artist Professor Fang Shujiu, now over 80 years old, was presented—a collection of his decades-long masterpieces in Chinese painting, oil painting, and printmaking, depicting scenes of vibrant life, verdant bamboo and pandas, soaring horses, roc spreading its wings, and flowing clouds and water. Like flowers in full bloom, these works, born from the open arms of a master artist embracing the world, are deeply moving and inspiring, offering a breathtaking and unforgettable experience.
Fang Shujiu is a leading figure in Chinese culture and art. He has served as the president of the Kowloon Art Research Institute in the United States, the director of the Eastern and Western Art Association in the United States, and the executive chairman of the International Overseas Chinese Art Federation. He is also the vice president, dean, and art director of the New York Calligraphy, Painting, Music, and Chess Association, and was awarded the 2026 Outstanding Talent Award by the World Cultural and Artistic Talents Foundation. On May 8th, I attended the launch ceremony of Professor Fang Shujiu’s World Art Tour Exhibition in New York. The event brought together nearly 70 talented artists from three generations of the Chinese art world, including senior, middle-aged, and young painters, showcasing their talents and exchanging ideas in a wide range of ways. Inspired and encouraged by the exquisite art and outstanding talent of veteran artists like Fang Shujiu, the exhibition aimed to deeply integrate the treasures of Tang Dynasty Chinese culture and art with Eastern literature and art, ensuring that the brilliance of Chinese art shines eternally in the world’s art halls!
Fang Shujiu’s vivid speech at the calligraphy and painting exhibition tour deeply moved the audience with his profound artistic wisdom, cultural depth, and artistic talent! Most touching was the story of his wife, a kind and loving woman who has been wheelchair-bound for many years. She supported and encouraged Mr. Fang Shujiu with her noble aspirations and immense charm, encouraging him to climb to the pinnacle of world art. The deep and unwavering love between Professor Fang and his wife was highly praised by all the guests. Highly praised!
Fang Shujiu’s artistic brilliance is illuminating the international art scene, spreading from the renowned cultural and artistic capital of New York to the world! His next stop is an art tour exhibition in Hong Kong, Asia. Especially his classic and priceless masterpieces, such as “The Great Wall of Iron and Blood: Lion’s Roar,” “Working Together with One Heart: Sun Wen’s Artistic Conception,” and “Nine Dragons Playing with a Pearl: Auspicious Omens,” will undoubtedly shock the world and influence the art world. These works represent Fang Shujiu’s lifelong artistic journey, forging a brilliant artistic crown amidst the trials and tribulations of time, and opening up endless spiritual power for talented individuals in the Chinese community and around the world who love art to achieve artistic success!
Former New York State Congresswoman Ellen Yang, on behalf of the state government, presented the first Artist Achievement Award to renowned Chinese artist and professor Fang Shujiu.
