韩杰 , 艺名杰妮，山东淄博人，1960年出生. 她长期致力于东方传统旗袍文化的传播与推广，身着衣裳，展示中华古典雅韵，积极弘扬中华传统服饰文化. 她是中华传统旗袍文化品牌＂玉公主＂的创始人.
:2016 年1月，韩杰女士应邀参加央视台综艺频道《难忘今宵》晚会，展演鲜花旗袍文化，并荣获＂旗袍皇后＂荣誉称号
2017 年2月 ，她参加中央电视台《中华民族春晚》旗袍演出并获奖，荣获＂爱心天使＂称号
2018年1月，她出任中华首届书画春晚形象大使，并现场展示旗袍文化
2018 年6月，她在＂中华艺术万里行＂香港站展示中华传统旗袍文化，荣获一等奖
2019年1月，她参加中第二届书画春晚，再次展示中华传统旗袍文化，并继续担任书画形象大使
2019 年12月，她应美国M S好莱坞致敬女王全球选美大赛组委会邀请，以中传统旗袍作为大赛开场展示内容..

The World Intangible Cultural Heritage Promotion Association joins hands with the US-China Cultural and Artistic Exchange Association
On November 1st, the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Promotion Association (WIHPT) and the US-China Cultural and Artistic Exchange Association, together with three intangible cultural heritage masters from China, presented a public performance and interactive workshop at the Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago during Family Saturday. The event, themed “Paper and Light: Intangible Cultural Heritage × Contemporary Art,” showcased various traditional crafts, including paper cutting and 3D paper-cut clothing (cheongsam, Hanfu), sugar blowing (non-cooking demonstration), dough sculpting, and interactive puppet/shadow puppetry segments, attracting enthusiastic participation from many families and students.

The exhibition also features exquisite paper-cutting works, including Chinese and Western themed pieces and a 33-foot-long scroll (such as “Eighty-Seven Immortals Scroll” and “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”). Visitors can interact with the exhibits and systematically appreciate the narrative depth and spatial expression of paper-cutting.
