Let’s get to know Lin Bao, the “Maria Kelly” from Shanghai,
also known as the “Sea Nightingale” and the “Silk Road Nightingale.” She is a multi-talented artist who excels in music, dance, fine arts, and traditional Chinese culture, and is hailed as the “Shanghai Diva” and the “Silk Road Nightingale.” She is Lin Bao.

My first encounter with her was at the Long Island Great Neck Spring Festival Gala in 2024. At that time, she collaborated with the mothers of Long Island to create and complete two programs. Who would have thought that this superstar from across the ocean would be so approachable and friendly—she was both a generous teacher and a partner on stage, leaving everyone with deep and beautiful memories.
